These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of physical goods (“Goods”) by DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1Sources to any buyer (“Buyer”). By placing an order, Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1Sources. No order is binding until confirmed in writing by DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1Sources. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are as stated in our order confirmation and are exclusive of taxes, shipping, and handling unless otherwise specified. Payment is due as specified on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest or penalties as permitted by law.
3. Delivery and Risk of Loss
Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to Buyer upon delivery of Goods to the carrier or as otherwise specified in the order confirmation. If Buyer fails to accept delivery, risk of loss passes to Buyer and any additional costs incurred (including storage and insurance) will be the Buyer’s responsibility
4. Shipping
Unless otherwise agreed, Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs. Special shipping requests or instructions may result in additional charges, which are the Buyer’s responsibility
5. Inspection and Acceptance
Buyer must inspect Goods promptly upon receipt and notify DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1 Sources in writing of any shortages, defects, or damages within 3 days. Failure to notify within this period constitutes acceptance of the Goods as delivered.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior written authorization from DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1Sources and must comply with our return policy. Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging. Refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion, less any applicable restocking fees.
7. Warranties
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Goods are sold “as is.” Any manufacturer’s warranty is passed on to the Buyer to the extent permitted. DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1Sources disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1Sources is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of Goods. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the specific Goods at issue.
9. Force Majeure
DVDMD Enterprises Corp dba 1Sources is not responsible for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, or transportation interruptions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York City and State. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through courts located in New York.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing or posted on our website and will apply to all orders placed after the effective date of the change.
